Butt Firming Exercises

When it is something about fashion, you cannot ignore your body parts those are not just there to serve biological actions but they do play significant role in presenting you. Any sort of fashion is nothing about a beautiful curvaceous body and when it is all about women, butt are non-ignorable assets! Here are two of the exercises that help in butt firming.

The lunge is one of the popular exercises to tone and firm the leg and butt muscles. For this, you have to position your feet pointing straight ahead to just a shoulder width apart. The next step is to pick up a pair of dumbbells or if you want to do this by not using dumbbells in initial stage of learning, go for a barbell. Now, bend at your knees making sure that you are not straining your back, you are now ready to butt firming.


Now you are on the beginning of the exercise. Step forward your left foot and keeping it like that center over your ankle. Here, you need to make it sure that the knee should not go beyond the toes or else you place severe tension on the tendons there. You can get help in balancing by pushing off with your heels but not the toes as this is important in butt firming exercise. While coming back to the starting position, concentrate on straightening out the knee with hip. Keep focused on the front leg though you experience some tension in your back leg.

Take in account your back leg that serves as balancer and the front leg muscles as the basal mover. You should work one leg at a time and not alternating one to the other. This completes one workout for butt firming. Another famous butt firming exercise is the squat. This is very unique exercise with multiple benefits such as it provides strength, tone and shape to thighs and butt. This butt firming exercise begins with standing holding a barbell that should rest across your upper traps and shoulders. There, the hands are wider than shoulder, a width apart. Then, you place your feet a bit wider than shoulder, again a width apart. Your feet should be angled slightly outwards and then pull your shoulders slightly backwards and let then contract the lower-back muscles. Here, you should take a deep breath and hold it for a moment. Look straight ahead and then slowly bend at the knees, leaning your trunk a bit forward and get down with full control until the thighs are fairly above parallel to the ground.

Here, you should not bounce at the bottom, however, do not stop either! The way is, pushing through the heels to drive your backing up. Important thing here is to contract your butt muscles (gluteal) strongly and exhale as you pass the midway point. Take a deep breath and repeat the procedure couple of time. This completes your two effective butt firming exercises.
