Posted by Dr. Maulik Vyas On July - 27 - 2009ADD COMMENTS

If you are gifted with beautiful nails and natural nails, you really have to take care of them by proper manicuring. Before learning how to keep nails beautiful, you must know that nails, in aiding beauty and glamour to your style, are just non-ignorable body part.

As with other women accessories, nails too have undergone many changes due to fashion trends. Nowadays, a short nail, which is straight across the top and having rounded edge is happening.

Whatever the shape and size you grow, you have to take care of your beautiful nails. Let us look at some nail care tips for polishing your nails so they will look beautiful and stay looking fresh longer.

Filing Nails:

While you file your nails, remember that you only do when the white portion of the nail tip has grown approximately 1/4th inch from the pinkish part. Importantly, filing nails when it is less than 1/4th inch long may weaken it. In addition, allowing the nail growing to a length that is longer than its pinkish nail portion would make it sure to break easily. Also, filing the nails from side to side also weakens them. While filing, one should go from the corner to the center preferably without changing the direction. You must also follow the grooves on the side of the nails.

Buffing Nails:

Buffing nails is done to get nails a shinier finish. You can start it at the cuticles and get way down to the nail-tip. Be sure to apply medium pressure and do not use a back and forth movements as heat may build up, which is certainly damaging the nails. You can continue gently until all ridges on the surface of the nail have gone.

Cleaning Nails:

Before you apply any polish, you should be very sure that the nails are cleaned and dried, free from any oil or lotion. Also, remove old polish from nails, if any.

Base Coat:

Using a base Coat is good for to beautify nails. Apply it and let it dry for at least one minute. The Base Coat will help keeping the nail polish from chipping and will make polish last longer.

Applying Polish:

Always go for applying two coats of polish. Also, you must be able to cover the nails in three stokes –one on each side, one being in the middle.

Drying Nails:

This is most important. You should always allow the polish to dry thoroughly by keeping them in open air for several minutes. Once done, you can apply another coat. This would avoid the new coat from being dragged on the surface of the previous coating and would allow new coat to adhere better. For your knowledge, darker shades may take longer to get dried. In any case, avoid fast drying polish as this doesn’t last as long.

Top Coat:

Once the nail polish dry, applying a clear top coat for sealing it is preferred. You can continue applying the top coat daily to keep your nails looking attractive and sexier.

Penis enlargement –penis enhancement or penile enlargement

Posted by Dr. Maulik Vyas On July - 27 - 2009ADD COMMENTS

There are many things in this world that we always want to achieve though we have enough of that! Yup! Penis enlargement, penile enhancement or penis enhancement –all are the same and every man in this world would like to have it! In spite of the fact that you just require approximately two inch penis to sexually satisfy any hungry woman, you always sought after having big penis.

As a matter of fact, bigger and fuller male organ is likely to be a hot favorite among women! They can just fondle it, play it or simply suck it while indulging in foreplays. Of course, when it comes to a mainplay or a real act, as men believe, women feel more excited and satisfied when they are ditched with a bigger, fuller and firmer tool.

You may come across many penis enlargement tips using penis enlargement products such as pills, devices, toys etc. The market –virtual and internet booms with male enlargement products and therapies but then if you choose it the wrong one, you may end up with some unwanted complications and side effects.

Cutting the crap, let us now discuss some important tips to enlarge penis –

Tip #1: Follow the rule –the healthier it is, the bigger and fuller it would be! Make your penis healthy by consuming healthy diet. Dark, green and leafy vegetables and fresh fruits provide enough nutrition to the whole body, including your reproductive organs.

Tip #2: Many people prefer going for penis enlargement pills or capsules. Though there is a little evidence that such pills actually work on adding a few inches to your tool, there has been much ballyhoo about such products. Go for it, there is nothing harmful until you have herbal, approved formula.

Tip #3: I think treating the organ locally could be beneficial. The reason is simple, the penis contains muscles and not bones. If you could develop biceps, triceps why not your joystick! Do some exercise such as traction (but gently) that pulls down the penile structure, making it longer. Some suggest going for physical workout that involves the muscles of pelvis. This may build a strong stage on what the penile structure may lay.

Tip #4: This is contradictory! Masturbation, according to ancient science of Ayurveda, is harmful whereas, modern practitioners build no link between the masturbation and sexual weakness or its deterioration. Frankly speaking, I do not have come across any problem in practicing masturbation. It is a kinda exercise that you pull and push your organ. It may make penile structure stronger. However, I am not so sure about increasing the length, width or in that matter, the overall appearance. Yes, masturbating since years may lean your organ to the left (if you are right handed).

Tip #5: Herbs do work! Ayurvedic herbs such as ashwagandha, Shilajit, mucuna, butea, lahsuna (garlic), palandu (onions) serve as natural aphrodisiac and may help in nourishing your reproductive organs.

Tip #6: Penis enhancing devices and toys –I have a bit faith on them. It is, after all, mechanical workout. It has to stretch the penile structure including its muscles so that it may add a few inches. Nevertheless, when it comes to device or toy, be cautious using them. Follow the label/instructions or consult your sexologist.

Tip #7: Go holistic! Holistic exercises such as Pranayama and Yoga have proven improved blood circulation within targeted areas. Go for vajrasana, veerasana, padmasana, anulom-vilom Pranayama, suryanamaskara etc. Over the times, it may help. Acupressure is another wonderful therapy that you can adopt for having a healthy organ.

Across the world, there are innumerable Ayurveda centres that offer genuine Ayurvedic treatment for several diseases’ condition.

Ayurvedic centers are the ones that provide a complete Ayurvedic treatment. Nevertheless, modern Ayurvedic centre combines Ayurvedic treatment for several health disease as well as spa therapies to rejuvenate, revitalize and beautify the body. India is the hub for such Ayurveda centre where traditional Panchakarma is performed (Panchakarma is five body purification therapies and is worldwide practiced to cleanse the body organs).

The qualities of best Ayurvedic centre

Though there are no international standards set by local government, a few categorizations (such as a green leaf etc) have been implemented to honor Ayurvedic centre in India. Nevertheless, such standard is set on the basis of ambience, number of people working in Ayurvedic centre, the revenue generated and more cleanliness than efficacy in treating stubborn diseases. Good news is soon there would be standardization of Ayurvedic centres across India.

The best Ayurvedic centre would have qualified experienced Ayurvedic doctor (or Ayurvedic physician or Ayurveda Consultant) to see patients. It must have indoor patient facilities (with AC and Non-AC rooms) plus a multi-cuisine cafeteria where the food is provided to the patients according to the doctor. Ayurvedic center with Excellencies would also have a perfect ambience (greenery) and pleasing infrastructure. The centre must be equipped with all the instruments and accessories used in Ayurvedic treatment (such as special massage table, a pot for shirodhara, sterilized instruments used in Panchakarma) etc. The best Ayurvedic centre should also have all time electricity and water supply for uninterrupted therapies and comfortable hospitalization.

How to plan best Ayurvedic centre

It is always advisable to fix an appointment prior to your visit to Ayurvedic treatment centre. Appointment and treatment can be booked through internet or telephonic talks. One has to be sure about the expenditure while visiting Ayurvedic centre in India to avoid lastminute hassle. If asked, provide Ayurvedic doctor with all medical reports you have so to help fixing the therapies and estimating the cost of the whole treatment along with stay and food.

Once you are fixed with treatment and total expenditure, you can inform Ayurvedic centre about your date and time of arrival. Generally, most of Ayurvedic centres offer to-and-fro transportation service from nearby airport that you can avail.

Ayurvedic treatment is all about following strict regimen and diet. While undergoing any treatment, you should be very careful about your lifestyle and eating habits.
