1. Ayurveda suggests of taking milk in acidity. However, in hyperacidity and cases of ulceration, it is to be avoided.

3. Eating a banana daily is common practice to tackle acidity. It is very common natural remedy for acidity.
4. Another good home remedy for acidity is having a piece of Jaggery (gur). Take it and keep it in the mouth and slowly suck. It reduces acidity.
5. One of the best home remedies for acidity is coconut water. You can have it 4-4 times a day. It is an effective natural treatment for acidity.
6. Home remedy for acidity includes having a fine powder of ginger powder, hing (asafetida), black pepper, dried tulasi leaves, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel and rocksalt taken equally. Have a teaspoon of this powder with water, two times a day after meals.

Diabetes is a metabolic disease where an amount of insulin (a hormone secreted from pancreas) is not sufficient for the human body to convert blood glucose into energy. Thus diabetes mellitus is characterized by high blood sugar levels constantly.

 

As per Ayurveda, one of the main reasons for pramahey (diabetes) is sedentary lifestyle. So apart from making changes in the diets one should concentrate on exercise. So regularly done moderate amount of exercise is very much important for diabetic patient.


 

Here are some home remedies which can be adapted as a treatment for diabetes.

 

Home remedy for diabetes #1 – Amla (Emblica officinalis) juice with turmeric powder in the morning empty stomach is very effective.

 

Home remedy for diabetes #2- Daalchini (cinnamon selenium) water also works very well.

Acne or Pimples are so called beauty spots that nobody wants! You might have come across zillions of tips that help you get rid of acne but here are the most effective ones. I won’t take much time of yours, just follow these simple remedies that cleanses your dermal layers and detoxifies the acne producing cells.

Let us look at some external old home remedies for acne:

One of the best old home remedies for acne is –flood yourself! Drink plenty of water that would keep the body and   skin hydrated. Hydration simply ensures cells in good and working conditions. Assume a wash-basin, chocked up with filthy material, what you do? Flush it out with water! Same here!


AD Tip 2: Who says you cannot rub pimples? Try it with fresh clove of garlic, however, be gentle, it’s your own skin.

Another effective home remedy for acne is application of fluoridated toothpaste directly onto affected area! But do not brush it then!
