Let us learn some natural remedies or kitchen remedies for sunburn.

Home Remedies for Sunburn #1: Take precaution so that your sun does not get exposed to the sun.

Home Remedies for Sunburn #2:   You can avoid going out between hours where the sun is at its peak. 10:00 am and 3:00 pm are the hours when the UV rays are more intense.

Home Remedies for Sunburn #3:    If you got to go out during those hours, wear a hat, goggles that protect the eyes from Ultra Violate rays, and clothes made of light colored, light weight, tightly woven cotton.

Home Remedies for Sunburn #4:   You can also wear sunscreen that has sun protection factor ( SPF ) of 15 or higher. Application is made on the skin  whenever you plan going out or ride, also applying it to all exposed areas before getting under the sun, repeating the procedure as much as possible, especially if you swim or perspire is preferred. However, you got to be sure that you purchase sunscreen that protect against both UVA and UVB rays.


Home Remedies for Sunburn #5:     Take plenty of fluids that prevent dehydration.

Home Remedies for Sunburn #6: In diet, eat lots of lean, and good quality protein foods. In addition, take raw fruits that supply the vitamins and minerals required by the body.

Home Remedies for Sunburn #7: To heal a sunburn pain, an application is made over the affected areas using cool water compresses. Also, filling a bathtub with cold water with one pound of baking soda or oatmeal dissolved in may work too. Soak the affected areas in the bath for half an hour approximately.
